Registration

All the participants are required to complete the registration using the following form by April 30, 2010 (those who give presentations) or by June 30, 2010 (participation only).

All the participants are required to pay 3000 JPY. This covers the abstract book, two lunches for 17 and 18 August, and coffees during the symposium. There is no discount for partial participation.
On 19 August, there will be a banquet which is optional. The cost for the banquet will be 7000 JPY/person.
Those who will attend the excursion are required to pay 3000 JPY/person.
The total payment should be done at the registration desk during the symposium when the participants receive the abstract book.
Only Japanese yen is accepted at the registration desk.
The cancellation of the registration (including banquet) is impossible after 1 August, 2010.
